Randall is the inventor of the Dreampad, was awarded a patent in 2012, and spearheaded design, development and research of the product.  Prior to his role at Dreampad, he was co-founder and CEO of iLs (Integrated Listening Systems), a music and movement program used by therapists working with learning and developmental difficulties.  Randall holds an MA in International Communications from American University in Washington, DC.
