Scott Peifer

Scott Peifer is Founder & Principal of changeAGEnts, an innovation and partnership strategy consulting firm helping public, nonprofit and private organizations successfully innovate to improve aging services. Prior to starting changeagents, Scott was Vice President of Corporate Relations at Aging2.0, a global network and innovation accelerator for aging and senior care. Scott developed and led the Aging2.0 Alliance, an interdisciplinary innovation community for senior care stakeholders and technology companies to cultivate knowledge sharing, connections and partnerships to scale innovations in aging and improve the lives of older adults around the world.

Scott has nearly 20 years of experience in aging. Prior to joining Aging2.0 he established AgeTech West, a collaborative of West Coast senior care providers and technology partners under the umbrella of LeadingAge California, then merged the entity into Aging2.0. During his AgeTech and Aging2.0 tenure, Scott led, organized and executed six major conference events and played a central role in many others. He previously served as Associate Director
of the LeadingAge Center for Aging Services Technologies (CAST), as Pennsylvania Policy Director of Aging, as lead staff of the California State Senate Subcommittee on Aging and Long-term Care, and in other aging and health care roles. Scott serves on the boards of the Family Caregiver Alliance and the American Society on Aging. He has a Master of Public Policy & Administration and a Master of Social Work.
