Peter Kaldes

Peter Kaldes is the newly appointed President and CEO of the American Society on Aging. Kaldes was President and CEO of the South Florida Institute on Aging (SoFIA), where he transformed the 55-year-old nonprofit and launched initiatives that brought fresh purpose to senior services. Kaldes was with JPMorgan’s Foundation leading a $20 million effort that increased economic opportunity in cities. He also served as senior economic advisor in the Obama White House and worked in the U.S. Senate advising Senator Debbie Stabenow. He started his career as an international attorney with Weil Gotshal.
