Paula Ledbetter serves as Director of Marketing for Mather LifeWays a 70+-year-old unique, nondenominational not-for-profit organization that enhances the lives of older adults by creating Ways to Age WellSM. With more than 20 years of marketing experience, and 12 of those in the aging services industry, she has directed the marketing strategies for large-scale CCRCs (preconstruction and beyond), boutique rental independent living, and nursing care centers. Utilizing her skills as a premiere marketer, Paula oversees integrated marketing efforts for Mather LifeWays including direct marketing, Social Media, public relations, and event planning to increase brand awareness and grow its customer base. Paula is a 2015 graduate of LeadingAge Illinois’ Leadership Academy and is
a recipient of more than 20 marketing and event planning awards.
