Dan has almost 40 years of experience in successfully developing, marketing and managing an extensive range of innovative healthcare and human service related programs.  He has developed programs for organizations including:  Procter & Gamble, Area Agencies on Aging, Humana, Anthem, EAPs, GE, numerous pharmaceutical companies and hundreds of healthcare systems throughout the United States.

Dan served as Vice President, Business Development, for a multi-health care system where he contacted with insurance carriers, health care providers, community agencies and corporations. He was a principal in creating the largest healthcare-based Corporate Health program in the country which included Wellness, and Behavioral Health and Senior Services generating over $23 million in annualized revenue.

As Vice President of Business Development for a national marketing and communication organization, Dan developed innovative and targeted communication programs focused on Senior Services, Managed Medicare, Corporate Health and Work/Family issues for the pharmaceutical and managed care markets.

Currently Dan is co-founder and President / CEO of Active Daily Living where he has created award-winning CRM and population health content platforms to help Clients build ongoing, targeted relationships with caregivers and seniors based on specific functional and environmental needs while promoting a Clients’ programs, products, and services.

In addition to being a frequent speaker at national conferences, he has published articles on topics including; Managed Medicare, Acquisition and Retention, Eldercare, Direct

Contracting with Employers, and Behavioral Health Care.  He has a master’s degree in Educational Psychology from the Ohio State University and a master’s degree in Health Care Services Administration from Xavier University.
