Robin Raff has been directing the national data-driven Medicare marketing programs for Kaiser Permanente for the past three years. She has 30 years of marketing experience with almost 20 years in healthcare marketing to the senior segment. She has held senior management positions at many of the country’s top direct marketing agencies including Ogilvy & Mather Direct, Foote Cone & Belding Direct, Wunderman Cato Johnson, G2 Direct & Digital, and Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos.
Over the past 20 years, Robin has cultivated an in-depth knowledge of the 50+ segment with a specific expertise in the health care industry. Robin was SVP, Director of Client Services for Age Wave Impact – an agency that provided marketing and advertising services to clients targeting the baby boomer and mature market segments.
Robin was a four-year member of Adaptive Business Leaders in Healthcare, and has been a three-time judge of their prestigious Innovations in Healthcare Awards. She has served as a Board of Advisor for the Consumer Directed Healthcare Committee and presented at their national conference. Robin taught a college level course, Advertising & Marketing Strategy, at San Francisco’s Academy of Arts University.
Robin holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Golden Gate University. She lives in Walnut Creek, CA.
