Mr. Johnston has 25+ years of experience utilizing data to identify and leverage business opportunities and measure the success of targeted initiatives. For the past 15 years, he has been assisting clients with marketing and sales technology, data infrastructure, customer data analysis and segmentation, CRM, marketing analytics and measurement methodologies. His background includes clients in senior living, hospitality, travel, retail, financial services, e-commerce, health and fitness, destination marketing and quick service restaurants. Prior to joining GlynnDevins, Mark served as Vice President of Data Strategy and Analytics at MMGY Global and Vice President of Knowledge Management at Barkley. Mr. Johnston is a graduate of Washington State University.
