Kevin is Head of Workplace Financial Solutions for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this role, he is executive business lead for retirement legislative and public policy initiatives in Washington and leading the delivery of Workplace Solutions to the Global Commercial Bank, the Business Bank and Corporate Bank clients.

In addition, Kevin is the Market Integration Executive for New York City where he works in tandem with the Market President to drive business integration results through engagement with local leaders.


Bank of America Merrill Lynch provides financial benefit plan products and services to over 5.5 million employees and more than 35,000 corporate clients. These include 401(k), defined benefit, equity, non-qualified deferred compensation and health savings solutions.

Prior to this role, Kevin led the Institutional Retirement and Benefits Services business for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and previously held leadership roles in both the Integrated Benefits and Plan Participant Solutions areas of the business.

During his 34 years of retirement industry experience, Kevin has also held senior management roles in the retirement services industry with Putnam Investments, Fidelity Investments and Bankers Trust Company.

Kevin is Series 7, 66 and 24 registered and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Georgetown University. He is on the Board of Trustees of the Employee Benefit Research Institute (“EBRI”).
